Currently, ETH price is at 127$. ETH has not done that well this year. And the altcoin market is very much dependent on the ETH price. So what value are you expecting during the upcoming year? Is there any possibility of recovery or it will keep continuing to go down?

ETH is at a price that many Investors probably cannot imagine at $653 and this price is not the end. Because Bitcoin is showing it to be strong. so ETH will probably return to 2017 and possibly more. I think that ETH is about $1.400.
ethereum has seen a sharp increase from since the op said the first time, but what is surprising is that bitcoin has changed rapidly in just a few months, which resulted in all the altcoins stuck unprepared to keep up with bitcoin movements. so that ethereum was also late to increase, although finally starting to follow in the footsteps of bitcoin.
