Sometimes before bigger pump must be some dump maked by people saying "nah it's weak, i will buy Ripple or other shit, that should perform much better"

I am awaiting now dump to 22 cents, after that XEM should be pumped higher, much higher, much dynamical, i try to estimate that higher level, when i see this 22cents on chart.
