On December 15, I received a letter in which it was written "that your account has been fully verified and it is very strange that they have not been paid yet."

On December 19, I make a new request for payment
On December 21 they write to me that my account has other accounts! that I have several accounts!
after another 5 minutes I receive a letter that you have 100% of several accounts and therefore we close your account and take your money for ourselves !!!!

So you admit that you had a double account? And/or VPN?
as I wrote here. Adkinsbet already checked my account earlier! and allowed the payout, but I canceled it to make more bets. and then Adkinsbet came up with a story of how not to pay!
If they indicate that they have checked your account, it does not mean that they have compared your IP address with other accounts. And the process for this you have already used that VPN, it is your own fault.
So basically it does not really matter that they wrote that they checked your account. you clearly admitted that you used a vpn.
Do you really think anyone telling nonsense believes going to jail if you visit the wrong site? All ISPs log everything you do, a VPN is really not going to help you with that. You probably wanted that bonus a few times with a single account, and you ran into it.
It is also very clear in the conditions that you are not allowed to use a VPN. It says in certain cases you can use it, then you should have asked the site what exception this could be. This is just your own mistake, and if you want to make an accusation like that then you have to do it in the right topic.
It is true, this user does not ready anything about the terms, or maybe only read it when he can try to use it in his advantage.
