Yes, it's stake official mirror site. Stake.bet is the second mirror site of stake. You can also access the site through stake.games which is their first mirror site. There are two official mirror sites of Stake if you do not want to use VPN. First is stake.games and the new one is stake.bet (announced on telegram few hours ago)
