So try to think further, its application is not only limited on store payments. It is now using as payment for availing in online streaming (e.g. Netflix, Pornhub) ten what more for the rest of services can be found in the Internet. But here is my own ideas on what bitcoin can do more in the future.
1) Bitcoin as a stimulus package/financial aid.
2) Bitcoin as a prize in game shows or competitions.
3) Bitcoin as a ransom. etc.
