Not really sure if Elon is really a bitcoin enthusiast or what, but he keeps mentioning bitcoin in his posts that somewhat we consider it as trolling.

As for Michael Saylor, it's no secret, he can't keep bitcoin out of mouth because obviously of his big investment on it. So maybe he is just stressing to Elon how much money or bitcoin he got and maybe Elon change his mind and at least invest 1%-2% of his asset on BTC.
