You can get more investors in real life than in this anonymous forum. We've already had enough of such offers that 'you can earn here just invest' type of schemes and I guess you better asked only here for ideas and never look for investors.
As for my suggestion with regards to Solar Powered Mining Farm, you should calculate first the costs of the solar equipment to be added in the costs of the rigs and GPUs you would buy. Installing such type of equipment almost doubles your costs in buying the rigs, as the bigger the rigs, the more power it requires. Therefore, each and every rig must have an efficient power source, and with efficiency comes a greater cost.
Why also not try a hydro-electric powered system? You might find a huge difficulty finding a huge lake and registering your business in your locality, yet it would be a worth-a-shot solution.
Guys, there have already been a lot of similar ideas here that raised investments for the implementation of "green" projects. But, based on economic considerations, green energy is always more costly than traditional methods of generating electricity. These enterprises survive on subsidies and are mainly used in areas where conventional electricity is not available. So it is not yet known whether it will be beneficial to you or not.
