noo, i think its end of story here, as i said it was 5-6 month ago, and i dont have this emails anymore because i give up earlier, and it seems that i cleand my email, and i cant find the conversation but basically it was like this, they said i broke there rules, they asked did i used VPN? i said i have vpn on my laptop, maybe at some point it was turned on,but my country not restricted on there website, i give them my ip, i asked to do KYC if they dont believe me, so i dont know was it because of vpn, or because they trying to say that i am multi-accounting, for this i also said i am ready to do KYC, i have only 1 account there. So really hard situation, dont know what to do, especially now its really hurts when you see crypto are so much up. i think it would be fair if they give just my deposit back, because i dont have much profit there anyway..
