I can't withdraw my mined coins on cryptopool. Does anyone have a similar problem?

http://ecc.okaypool.com/ have removed ALL my coins and my worker from my account. Ironically their 'contact us' function isn't working either....
Does anyone look after this pool? if not, has anyone experienced any problems with this pool?
