I was a bounty hunter before back in 2016-2017 and how I analyze a project is good is based on their whitepaper, the team, of course, the purpose of the project, and lastly the bounty manager because from my own experience most good bounty managers handles the best projects maybe it is biased to others but well we have our own preferences.
