Don't use this exchange, they send much less than declaring. 
Yes i agree with you and i am attaching proof of my transaction soon if i did't get response.
yes they do and i also have same complain from past 2-3 exchanges.Last time they sent me around 42$ less on 4000$ exchange.
i make a video from start to end exchange to catch this exchanger with proof, but because of slow internet i were unable to upload the video.
