I am confused among these, cauze people says
1. Btc pump then alts dump
2. Alts pump then btc dump
3. Both btc and alts follow each other
But we can see that only the 3rd scenario is happening right now i.e alts are following btc.
What's about the 1st and 2nd.

The market is hard to read, there are times that the 3rd scenario is happening to some altcoins and others are experiencing the 1st scenario. See LTC and XLM for example, bitcoin pumped yesterday LTC is up by 10% and XLM is down by almost 6%. More than 1 scenario may happen whenever bitcoin pumps or dumps top altcoins most likely to go with bitcoins pump and lower rank altcoins commonly drop when bitcoin is pumping.
