I can't and XRP will never surpass 50 cents. $1 is too far to be considered as the next target for XRP. The next target for XRP should be the lower rate than the current price. A lot of accusations have come for the XRP and that means if holding XRP is the worst thing that can be done by anyone since the SEC news already released a few days ago.
Think smart and XRP is not worthy to be considered as investment.
