Well, I'm not going to judge this but why we have to deposit on a particular address in order to participate? Is that wallet address that holds the funds and after making the deposit it has gone? 
Anyway, people have to know how a scam trick been propagated around.

Even if the ticket cost is 0.15 cents if you compile all the bettors money plus additional users who buy many ticket still its a huge amount came from all the bettors. But since this is new posted here I can't blame the user above post some malicious statement regarding on them since they don't have reputation yet so maybe its good to see them how they roll first before we participate on them.
