I was ok with 0.0025 xBOND vs 0.003 IPVO round 20% difference thanks to TATs involvement, ok ...
0.003 vs 0.002, wasn't very fair @ 50% difference , but ok
but 0.001 vs 0.003 is another level >>> 300% difference
If this is true, privileged ones bought shares 3x under IPVO price, is this even legal ? It smells scamy, I feel cheated when 0.001 private round is true, it wasn't mentioned here or in prospectus at all

This happens all the time and it has nothing to do with privileged ones. They invest in a different investment round entirely. If you are part of investment groups such as BitAngels you will see start-ups like Neo present themselves and develop their proposals. At this stage the risks are the highest.
Also, surprise surprise but it was crumbs yet again who stoked the fire. You really shouldn't keep rising to it.
