If DeepOnion was regulated project, Devs would be rotting in jail for misleading investors/community and mishandling the project. There are no funds to pay for listing on proper exchange since liquidity is dry as desert, community is dead so forget about getting listed by voting. Nothing will change until this coin is taken somehow to at least single decent exchange that will deliver platform for proper trading, followed by marketing campaign.
