There are a few things that make me confused when using IDENA, namely there are some verified wallets that immediately lose their identity when they fail to validate, but there are also some verified wallets that change their status to suspended when they fail to validate.

It's true Idena have lots of problem but likely they have zero care to their customers issues. Just visit their official telegram channel regarding your issue, their validation things needs become faster as most new users are clueless. Anyway, You may complete the validation via web client and you won't face any problem.
