It is a similar concept and its a working one.  You just need to stare at your screen and you will earn free bitcoin.  It is not difficult and if you are already viewing your screen you can earn easy money too.
wait . you can now earn free sats/btc on brave ? i thought its the bat token that they are giving away as a reward but bat token can still be converted into a sats/btc once we cashed

No, there is still only the possibility to earn BAT tokens which you can withdraw when you are fine with doing a KYC and then you can exchange those BAT into Bitcoin if you will. But on the one hand you need to do a KYC for little money and on the other hand the earnings have decreased over the last months. So it is not really worth it to participate on the program just to make money. However, you can make some side earnings to spend them for content creators.
