Nice one! For sure Scottie will be more confident on his shooting become versatile as well. Thanks to a veteran like Mark Caguioa for pushing him. I'm expecting that he will do more outside shooting the next season.
But aside from it, my other concern is his Free Throw Percentage. It was a little bit low compared to others, only averaging
59%. That's why if you may notice, he is the one who always get fouled by the opposing team during crucial times because they knew that there's a high chance for him to miss. Yeah we know that he is more a defensive player rather than an offensive one but free throws are part of the basics, every player was expected to master it. But good thing Ginebra got Richard coz
Chard Knows Free Throws
.
After this encouragement from Mark "the Spark" Caguioa for sure the next thing in his mind is also to adjust and enhance his FT percentage.
This confidence that he gained fromt he last bubble gives him the previledge to keep practicing and making it more better from his shooting capabilities.
I see your point, since he also part of the circle in terms of crucial minutes, he really needs to improve his FT capabilities, it will add more
threat to the opposing team knowing that he can deliver if duty calls for him to take the shot.
