Does anyone here know how to fix or disable auto-rotation on the Stake platform? Because even though my phone's auto-rotate is locked, it still follows the rotation (landscape) when I'm on Stake. Just as when lying down and sideways, it automatically rotates to landscape. I do not see it in the account settings.
Check it out through browser on PC and find out if the same thing happens. But if it's not and on PC it's working, just like what they've said. It is your phone that has the problem with the browser. Either of the two just like what they say. Or kindly use another browser through your phone by downloading another one.

I can't say what could be the problem, but I have had problems with "failed to fetch" on stake for nearly 2 years now. Obviously I can use right now, but that is only thanks to me using VPN with opera, which is built in so that is not a problem of course but I had to use Opera in order to be able to go to stake all together. When I use chrome for example, and even with VPN there, I get the "failed to fetch" error and can't open anything on website and can't gamble.
Stake has had some of its problems, it is not without any problems, we know it as the best casino in crypto world but just because it is the best one out there doesn't mean that they never face any problems (or more like we never face any problems) neither. I am sure home screen thing is a feature that will get better and over time all of these problems will go away as well just like other ones did.
They are getting bigger and bigger and problems like this can easily be addressed if the one who had experienced it have reported it to them. The devs would take action on it because it's necessary for them to maintain it. But if it's just another browser problem, they might just suggest it first before they fix it.
It will go away for sure and we'll wait if the problem has been fixed on text's side.
