I cannot withdraw my usdt in freewallet because freewallet has locked my account.

If you are a privacy conscious person then freewallet should be the last type of wallet you should ever opt to use. It's a custodial wallet, and they will choose to block your funds whenever they please.
If you want full control of your funds and private keys, next time try using noncustodial wallets like Electrum, coinomi, jaxx liberty etc
