Hilariousandco whitelisted me, but it didn't further reduce the 4 second limit. I guess it only helps when you don't have much Activity yet.I was using multiple tabs to report posts.
I've ran into the limit so many times. I now report in one tab, wait for it to finish loading the page, close the tab, and only then report the next tab. This makes reporting 50 posts quite slow, so I don't often report that many at once anymore.
