Good proposal and you can achieve that in a years time if the proposal is accepted
.Spend some time and you will achieve those if you are really looking forward to get your promotion.
Some will achieve the rank by contributing to the forum while some other will achieve it by contributing half of what the Legendary did? I think that will be disrespect towards the real Legendary who will achieve by following forum requirements.
As I'm running a forum myself I see the point here, and you both are probably right that it will be more "fair" and good for the community as a whole when ppl are contributing with ideas and opinion on topics here.
