I believe it just means one active thread. Old thread has been locked.

Before the discussion gets any wilder here, I want to clarify that the point of self-moderated thread is not to censor constructive criticism. However, we wish to keep the thread on the right track and as a place to announce stuff and that's difficult if it gets spammed by nonsense. After Joksim and some other people filled our thread with all kind of repetitive posts, even some people unrelated to BitDice mentioned that a self-moderated topic would make it easier to keep the thread on-point.
There's some people on this forum that have a clear grudge against BitDice and there's no other easy way to ensure that the thread isn't filled with same kind of nonsense that the old thread was filled with in the past.
I understand the sentiment of both OP and Bitdice management. The OP is an investors to your project and as a fellow investor. I really understand the reason of his rant. Bitdice ICO launch 3 years ago and until now there's no promising update that can bring the token price up again. I'm not updated anymore on what's your development and the situation of the token tho. I suggest to just open the old and ignore/report to moderator the post that you mark as repetitive post only just for transparency of your project.
This is the risk of investing on ICO, OP should not force Bitdice to magic there development to pump the price. Just accept the lose and move on. Most the gambling project that launch ICO is same condition as Bitdice some are worst than this. LOL
