He did refer them as inputs and outputs on the whitepaper:
Normally there will be either a single input from a larger previous transaction or multiple inputs combining smaller amounts, and at most two outputs: one for the payment, and one returning the change, if any, back to the sender.
After all, I think you've made a really good job on your research. Although, I still have my doubts that he was living in London while he was working on it. I like reading more about satoshi, though. It reminds me how genius this guy was. I wonder how much he had analyzed his movements and where is he today. I don't know what are your emotions when everyone admires you but you're not there.
