On December 24, I sent a crypto payment to Exolix, and the transaction page shows "Please, check your funds in your wallet. The exchange process is completed."  The (correct) output hash link shows "Errored transaction.
 Transaction with higher gas price exists.  0 fee."  I have not received the desired crypto or a refund.
