PIVX SHIELD Testnet (TR4) Wallet Released!

Another week has past since the release of TR3, and a number of last minute bugs have been squashed!
So here is most likely our last test wallet release before the official 5.0 GA wallet goes live in early JAN!

Please try the TR4 wallet out, and report any issues to #pivx_testnet channel. Thx!
