If your address starts with a 3, you are restoring it wrongly. It's a 2FA wallet. Go to File>New/Restore>Wallet With Two Factor Authentication>I already have a seed.
It's worth a try, but I don't think this will make a difference. If you create a new wallet, select "Standard wallet" then "I already have a seed" and paste in a 2FA seed, Electrum will recognize it as such, give you the option of keeping or disabling 2FA, and restore the same addresses either way.
I tried, but in my wallet, I haven't btc, and in the addresses tab, I don't see address wallet, where I see in blockchair.com balance with my btc
So when you restored your wallet following ranochigo's steps, it generated different addresses to when you restored it earlier?
