Just google "mining bitcoin" or "what is Bitcoin?"  There is no need for courses as it is not rocket science, there are only a few basic things you need to be aware of.
Ignore the youtube crap because it is mostly - crap.
You should get tons of links to short articles giving the basics. Plus, there is the Beginners & Help area in the Forum... Speaking of Forum, please read the pinned topics at the top of each area like this one that gives most of the basics
