I think you dont understand why Ripple price went down. It is not because the market is unstable, it is due to
SEC charges against Ripple. Current market is in good shape, grows everyday. What kind of stability you wait for? Stagnation? Why you think Ripple price will rise? Why not go down? I think opposite - Ripples price will continue to drop. Then the price will collapse and will recover a bit (if Ripple pays that fine) or not if Ripple to react. Convince me why it "will rise".
