IMO the price didn't drop far enough yet to entice the big guns to buy a load start a bull run. Elon's post was not timed well to help with that - it was more timed with BTC high news

I expect to see price to drop to about 13/12 and some bag holders get a bit spooked and sell a load - and then moon
