I vote for change[postpone] snapshot date in accordance with Symbol launching date.
1. Early snapshot can result in early and more NEM_price_down, and this will cause low starting price of Symbol[XYM].
2. By postponing snapshot date, more XEM holder can participate in pre-opt-in.
   (As of yesterday, only about 1/3 of XEM finished pre-opt-in.)
