If TWT token will be listed in binance, for sure it will pump. After that scenario, sellers will immediately exit the market and the result is price dump. For sure that is the simplest idea i have in my mind if it will be listed in Binance. I am not saying that token/coins listed in Binance were pump and dump, for the reason that its only a wallet supported by binance - it is safe to assure fair market value will always prevail.
I think right now still not have chance for TWT listing on Binance after receiving coin on Binance last week because active trade there we should withdraw TWT coin before gone and this way so far Binance not have planning for listing TWT on their exchange market, maybe if any plan for TWT listed on Binance we can hold for long term TWT reward on Binance without loss if not withdraw. But I believe with TWT is the best and potential coin at the future and have good price for listing on the market exactly.
