But maybe it's worth to try to hire some layer to track the person and get back the money? If the amount is pretty high?
Or it's not worth at all and just forget about it...
It is impossible to get your BTC back specially if the scammer is living the opposite side of the world. You will just add cost to your losses because hiring lawyer is very much expensive just imagine those exchanges who are become victim of hacking in which their cryptos where stolen by hackers address and they did not able to take them back. So for me you must learn the experience and move on.
