They may be operating since 2013. But that is not a guarantee that they won't run away with your money. At one point, Cryptopia was being regarded as the most trustworthy cryptocurrency exchange. That was until 2019, when they went down all of a sudden. The same happened with BTC-e. They went down in 2017, after being in continuous operation since 2012. Anyway, it is up to you to decide whether you want to trust them or not.
