Bitcointalk is the only forum I frequently visit that even cares about plagiarism, and in many cases it's just very convenient to quickly show a certain text. For as long as I can remember "the internet" is just a place where people just copy content from other places. Some people even used it as a stepping stone to become billionaires.
Let's face (pun intended) it: most people simply don't care.
