If its true that they are continue selling their tokens to traders for years until now then the SEC SUED them is right,and they can not just solve this issue without being fined its a lot of lost to investors and traders that fully trust them their money and thinking that they are in the right track having many partnership around the globe. But the truth is that they just keep selling while others believe in them that they really have a good plan for their coins.
