If you have traded on 1nch before 24 december with a minimum $20 volume on your trade and you will be eligible for that. You can also try to check whether your address is eligible to get the reward or not.
Just connect your wallet to the 1nch exchange site to see that if you have unclaimed 1nch tokens or not. It can be done in a few minutes.
"All wallets that have interacted with 1inch until December, 24, midnight (UTC), will receive 1INCH tokens as long as they meet one of the following conditions:
at least one trade before September, 15,
OR at least 4 trades in total
OR trades for a total of at least $20."
