Can this program set the over clock for NVIDIA cards RTX 3060 before the Phoenix miner starts and then change the overclock settings after 5 minutes of the miner running?
The RTX 3060 ti cards run very stable on mem clock under +1000 of MSI after burner, (gets 59MH)
that is the only way to start to run them stable but after the DAG is created you can increase the Memclock to 1250 for 61.5MHs at that memory clock it can even go through Epoch change without much issue
the cards can easily go up to 64 MH with mem clock of +1500 but they wont pass epoch change like that.
I need a way to start the cards at low mem clock and change them to +1500 in 10 minutes or so and watch the cards Hash or failed shares , if they fall , it should restart the phonexi again with low mem and increase it in 10 min.

1) Setup MSI afterburner program with default OC for 59MH for Profile 1 and add it to Windows autorun
2) Use Cinfig.ini script file with values - ocprogram=2, profile=2 (with OC for 61.5MH), octimeout=120 (or more if you need more time to wait), lauchocprogram=1
