Do we have to re-rehearse the whole debate about ROI now to establish the definition of a security ?

People seem to feel free to make up their economic theories to suit their arguments in here. It can only occur in the Dash ANN thread. Outside of it people understand that ROI is measured as a fraction of what you invested, a security is an iliquid asset that's the subject of securitization and that paying dividends out of capital assets depletes the valuation.
