This fight is only for the sake of money, nothing else. But of course, for the sake of his fans, Logan Paul will at least try his best to fight back with Mayweather. Also, when it comes to Floyd's capability, in my opinion if he will fight toe-to-toe and not be too technical with his previous fights, I guess he already lost in one of them. Not a fan of him as we all know his style of fighting.
They can only generate the money if they have an audience to watch the bout and if everyone skips the fight or stream illegal they are not going to make the money 
. The hype they are generated is for the audience to purchase their fights even though it is an exhibition bout and i did not understand what you meant by Mayweather loosing one bout
