From paying taxes and even getting a job? This sounds like a big project that involves a lot of connections from multiple industries including the government from which I highly doubt will work. What I mean about that is before you make this "solution" have you even given a green light from governments that they will be using your project as a mode for their citizens to pay taxes? Because if not your project will be going nowhere because if no one will be part of it yet then your project is basically useless. The same goes for finding a job or paying a salary have you contacted companies about your project and has given you the "yes" that they will be using it? For teasers like this I think you must give a detailed info on what you will be doing exactly and who are part of it since you are being to vague with the information you are giving.
You're being so hard on the developer! He made a clear point on the project idea they are hardworking on bringing into life, i think the least anyone can do in this particular scenario is to sit tight and ask more questions and patiently wait for answers, you know rather than straight-up criticism and all sort of negativity...
But providing a link I think is much better dude, if they will send us here, isn't right?

Of course the links is better. Our goal is to show how we can use blockchain to make world better. Even if our implementation will not be completely applicable, community will take it as weapon which will work in near future to evolve our economy on next level.

I can say you shall not expect the new consensus algorithms or next gen blockchain models. But it's a new way of blockchain usage.
