Is #AltSzn still possible?
As what happened on some major huge marketcap altcoins are being hammered these past few days, just like what happened on Ripple about SEC issue and som privacy coins being delisted on some exchanges.
I am worried about what some people are waiting for a long time, the alt season, where we can see a huge price action or pump for some altcoins, huge marketcap or small.
What's your thoughts on alt season? Do history repeat itself?
It depends and it’s hard to predict. Only Ethereum and a few handful are standing out from the rest of the altcoins out there in terms of long-term gains. Although I can say that it’s possible, but we don’t know when it will happen. One big reason why Bitcoin is the only coin that has major gains is because of the large institutions who only recognize them to be solid and not altcoins.
Altcoins are on a huge rise last 2017 because of the ICO hype and the market isn’t matured that time. Right now, I believe that the cryptocurrency market has gone matured and lesser chance that it would repeat like what happened in 2018.
