Ever since Mayweather announced his retirement all his fight was not for the sake of his fans and he once publicly said if the money is not good he wont be interested in fighting. Besides, if this fight was for the fans sake i believe Pacman will be his opponent not Logan Paul.
There is no way Floyd Mayweather is coming out of retirement to fight Manny Pacquiao as he always test the patience of the boxing world with his antics. The only possibility is when Manny retires we might hear a call out from Floyd just to tease the fans 
.If he dont fight Pacman now he will only fight him in an exhibition fight just like Tyson and Ray.
