It's not true that Curacao Gaming License automatically means you cannot accept customers from Germany.

For example Stake.com does accept German customers too and they have the same license.

So are you willing to remove Germany as a forbidden country from your Terms please? I think that would be good news for all German residents and give you access to 83 million possible new customers. It would not be breaking any rules as far as I think.
