Seems that you did not read the main post first before asking, here is the answer:
Faucet,you can claim satoshi 1-5 every 10 min and tickets.
No don't acquire a license because many request it just get it to show to the people that your business is legal, many gamblers will get turn off by this and might people will give a bad impression since you didn't have that.
I will just look at this site before things are set and it's risky to try this.
Do you think that gamblers look casinos just because of its license? I'm quite sure many crypto casinos started their business without licenses and they can survive to get many players without any issues. One example is Bitvest, this site has been operating for years without licenses and this site is one of the trusted bitcoin/crypto casino till now. Better for dualdices to focus on how they can build their reputation first instead of acquiring licenses.
Before license is not really ask since gamblers tend to play without worrying anything, but for now due to series of casino scamming many gamblers ask for a license to see if that casino is legal.
And we can't compare now and before since the situation is different, but I do agree that casino you mentioned is doing good even without that still as we are in modern age which scammers knows crypto and ride with it its better to see if a casino acquire a license since it can give us a little relief that they can be trusted with our few bucks.
