It really depends from the day. My work time is dynamical and there are days that I'm going to bed in 22:00, there are days that I'm going to bed in 03:00 and i try to sleep more than 6/7 hours.
For Elon he is genius and he can do whatever he wants but i don't think 4 hours are enough !
