It is depend on the result so if they win in the SEC case  then its possible that we can see XRP to be at 1$ or even much higher because of the hype it will create after .if they lost then the possible price is 0.1 or below in that price .

Its not the issue If they are centralized or decentralized it is all depend on the news that can affect the price of it the day the news is publish.
