I don't know who I will believe 4days ago they announced that they did not dump their xrp holdings but they actually add 12m more from their  xrp holdings.

If your post is an old news then it might false claims if its new then it will affect the market price right now.

XRP surely would be a trouble for institutional investors and hedge funds as they need to make their transactions clear. And if they don't be able to legally exchange it, it would be worthless. So, it's a bright idea to dump it when they can. This would bring more trouble to XRP but they may hold good outside of the US.
