That’s all well and good, but there are rules here which you’ve broken (repeatedly), and there’s nothing you’ve done that suggests you’d suddenly become an upstanding member of the forum. 

As far as the honesty thing goes, well, any random internet nobody can call themselves honest but it’s your actions and not your words that demonstrate that quality.  I’d say if you’ve been evading a ban ever since getting the ban you’re not demonstrating a great deal of honesty.
